I like the Portuguese nasal diphthongs ão, õe that are usually used to replace the English "-tion" ending like in the words:
"communication" = "comunicação"
"actions" = "acções"
In French, Portuguese and Israeli Hebrew I like the voiced uvular fricative /r/.
In Mayan languages and in Hebrew (letter aleph), I like to pronunce the glottal stop.
In German I like the combination "schw", which sounds very distinctive and peculiar.
In Spanish I like the /ñ/ sound (voiced palatal nasal) that is very herd to pronunce for non-native speakers.
In French Canadian I like the way the letters "d" and "t" are often pronunced almost like the /z/ sound. They usualy pronunce "Canadien" (Canadian) as if they were almost saying: "Canazien".

I like this vowel sound in French:
rien, fin
On the other hand, I kind of dislike the r in French. Nobody ever told me it
wasn't like the one in English, and so, since I didn't listen to many
recordings of native speakers for a long time, it took me much too long to
figure that out.
I also like the way Italian and Japanese sound, but I don't really have any
favorite sounds. I do kind of like the Japanese r though.
Regarding "huit", I always hear it almost as a r sound.
