I do have 1984 in French - but it is monolingual.

I also have a bilingual English/Spanish version.

Those two, plus the English/Czech version are all I have of this book in PDF.

....and the person at CERN in particular was Tim Berners-Lee, a British engineer,
who is credited with initially proposing the World Wide Web in 1989.
