I do have 1984 in French - but it is monolingual.
I also have a bilingual English/Spanish version.
Those two, plus the English/Czech version are all I have of this book in PDF.

The Internet's predecessor, the ARPANET, was created by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the
American military. However, the part of the Internet called the World Wide Web was proposed by people at CERN in
Switzerland.

....and the person at CERN in particular was Tim Berners-Lee, a British engineer,
who is credited with initially proposing the World Wide Web in 1989.
