People will usually use cleavage when referring to that part of a woman.

Dresses don't have cleavage and women don't have deep necklines. However women (and men, I suppose) can wear

So men can have cleavages? I thought it referred to the area between a woman’s breasts.

Yep, men have cleavage (no "s" on the end) too. It's also called man cleavage or heavage. And then there's side cleavage, bottom cleavage, butt cleavage. Someone could (and probably has) write a whole dissertation on the topic. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||
