I use thinkfree to convert HWP-files ( the format most drama scripts are in) to PDF or TXT. Works well and takes minimal effort, but of course it would be nicer if the files were originally in PDF or TXT.

EDIT: I just thought of another relevant source. You could try mining the 30 audio dialogues from Korean Language Adventure. The audio quality is pretty bad, but I guess it doesn't matter for vocabulary mining. It's just textbook material, but from what I see the word choice is natural enough.

These few days I have chance to visit KBS site again. I've since noticed that for many links to the dramas sites there's a curious statement for re-watching those past episodes. They state that script service is withheld on request of production crew. As I mentioned before, they used to post episode scripts along with the videos but now it seems to be withheld on purpose. That makes me wonder what has motivated their recent practice.

It seems to me that they have not applied this policy to all programs. There are other non-drama types that still have scripts posted.

Those scripts are really the best tools to learn. For crying out loud, they don't even offer an option to pay for it.

I guess that leaves us no choice but to re-watch old dramas... not that that's a bad idea... I'm off to watch Coffee Prince for the umpteenth time ;)
