Hi I'm reading some basic french words' exemples and hit this:
Aider.
J'ai beaucoup de choses à ranger. Je finirai plus vite si Claude veut bien m'aider. Je lui ai demandé de l'aide et il a
accepté. Il range avec moi. Il m'aide aujourd'hui, je l'aiderai demain: nous nous entraidons.
what does "range" here mean? make (me) in a range?

"Ranger" means "to tidy up" and here you've got the third person singular. So: he tidies
up.
