I am trying to identify this language, I think it's either Czech or Slovak but I am not sure.

If you know any of these two languages, please help!

Sounds like Czech, but please correct me if I'm wrong. He said "začal sem", which is a Czech form, in contrast with Slovak "začal som".

It sounds like the Brno accent to me but it could be another Moravian accent or it could be Czech spoken with a Slovak accent, I'm not sure, the recording is too short. But it definitely sounds eastern.

There is actually no definite boundary between Czech and Slovak, usually if the dialect distinguishes Ř from R, it's counted as a Czech dialect and Slovak if it doesn't.

Yeah it's Czech spoken probably with a Moravian accent. He also uses a lot of slang and instead of using the word "pocitac", uses the word "computer".
