The Ontario Ministry of Education has put online some resources aimed at teachers of Native American languages. There are resources guides for Ojibwe/Cree, Delaware and Oneida/Cayuga/Mohawk.

I have just browesd through the Ojibwe/Cree one, and even if these are not textbooks, I think they could be useful as grammar references.
