Please list the names of the best TTS voices according to your experience.
In my experience:
1. British English: Brian and Amy from IVONA / Peter from Acapela.
2. American English: Jennifer and Eric from IVONA.
3. Japanese: Misaki from NeoSpeech.
4. German: Klaus and Sarah from Acapela.
5. Arabic: Salma from Acapela.
So in general, according to my experience, Acapela is the best company produces TTS voices for most languages. For English, IVONA is the best.
BTW, isn't there any good Indonesian/Malay TTS other than that IndoTTS by Akhmad Arman?
I suppose that Indonesian is an easy language in terms of phonetics and phonology.

British English: I agree that Peter from Acapela is very good.
Dutch: I think Max from Acapela is the best Dutch voice.
But the current Google Translate Dutch voice is much better. I wish GT would enable longer audio than just one short sentence.

I entered the sentence below into the Acapela textbox and only Rachel sounded 100% human. She has a very nice accent. The UK voices sounded much better than the American voices using this test sentence :
"The rain in spain falls mainly on the plain."

Try the same sentence with Emma, Brian and Amy from IVONA:

I think that the IVONA American English Joey is quite good.
One thing about TTS voices; they have no trouble with tongue twisters. Try this one.
A stinky skunk sat on a stump. The stump said the skunk stunk. The skunk said the stump stunk.

Amy's voice is best on IVONA. She sounds 100% human using this test sentence :
"The rain in spain falls mainly on the plain."
Brian and Kendra also sounded very good.
