How would one translate the following sentence into Japanese?
"To live without love is the only true poverty in life."
I translated it like this:
愛しないでだけは人生に本当のびんぼうだよ 。
(Ai shinaide dake wa jinsei ni hontou no binbou da yo.)
Is this correct? If not, which corrections would you make and why?
Thanks in advanced to anyone that can help me out!

I'm now thinking that the following might be more correct:
人生に本当のびんぼうは愛しないで生きる事 だ けだよ。
(Jinsei ni hontou no binbou wa ai shinaide ikiru koto dake da yo.)
Any thoughts?

Can we say "Life without love" with "Ai naki jinsei"?
