Yes, these sentences are correct.

The word "ладно" is such cases often have shade of irritation or tiredness. It is better don't use any parenthetical word or use "хорошо" or "понятно". "Осмотрел" is incorrect in this context. The correct word is "посмотрел". "Осмотреть/осматривать" is the intent inspection for people, building, vehicle, equipment etc (for example, medical examination or maintenance checkup).
