Yeah, the hebrew word does sound similar (the plural of apple in Arabic is tufah so it's almost the same). Hebrew is the "cousin" of Arabic :P

Moya is water in Jeddawi accent, Saudi Arabia. This one's written in romaji only because it's a spoken dialect, not a written one. And it stems from the classical Arabic word: Maa' which means the same. ماء

(Khetan) ختان is the Arabic word for circumcision. I'm not sure of what the person trained to do it is called, but the process is called this.
