J’espère que quelqu'un peut m'aider. J'ai trouver ces trois expressions tout fait dans un livre.
1. C'est beaucoup dire.
2. C'est peu dire.
3. C'est trop dire.
D'abord le livre dit que le premiere signifie: Ça a beaucoup d'importance/signifiance (That's saying alot; E.g. "That means alot considering the circumstances)
Mais dans une autre colonne, il me dit que ça veut dire "Vous exagérez l'importance de l'affaire."
Quel est la vérité?
Par-ce qu'ils sont différents, je me demande si les autre définitions sont vrais. Ils sont:
2. (That's an understatement) un euphémisme/litote
3. (That's saying too much) un exagération... ou peut-être "vous vous flatter"
M'excusez pour mon français, s'il vous plait. Je sais bien que j'ai besoin d’améliorer, mais j’espère que vous comprendriez.

You have the correct meaning for the 3 expressions.
Examples in context :
1.Ça ? Une merveille? C'est beaucoup dire!
That? A wonder? That's exaggerated!
2. Cher? C'est peu dire! C'est du vol!
Expensive? That's an understatement. It's a ripoff!
And congratulations on your French!
