Hej alla
For professional reasons I need to learn swedish. I have a very ambitious target, about B1-B2 in 3-4 months top, hoping that my knowledge of English, and basic knowledge of German will help in the effort. I will study all day.
I've already seen that the biggest challenge will be the pronunciation, which I knew already, but now that I am actually studying looks a lot harder than what I was anticipating.
1 - What I wanted to ask from Swedish natives is if 8sidor's reader is from a particular region and if he has a good pronunciation. I am assuming that, but I want to be sure.

2 - Do you have any suggestions for getting a good pronunciation? And how perfect must that be in order for you to be understandable and not annoying?
3 - Do you know any websites for exchange on Skype?

1 I just listened to some samples, and it was of course artifical, yet reasonably "standard" - not that different from the accent of a random newsreader on Aktuellt or Rapport (or Sveriges Radio).
2 It's hard to tell before having heard your Swedish. Some speak with a thick but understandable accent, some never grasp the pitch accents, the long vowels, the different ways to say sk/stj/sj/ch...
3 No ideas.
