Hello everybody! My name is Filip and I'm from Poland. I had joined this forum a year
ago but I haven't introduced myself yet, so... here it is: an introduction from me.
Well, about my languages... I've been still am learning Englich in school (I guess it's
now 10 years since I started) and German, in school as well (for 4 years). As you can
conclude, my English is not that bad (sometimes I have a feeling that it's quite good,
but I don't want to be full of myself, so yeah). But my German... well... it's a
tragedy. Also, I've been living in Spain for year and half (2008/2009) so I know
Spanish too! I used to have nice Andalucian accent but when moved back to Poland it
wore off. Now, I unofficialy joined the challange which name I forgot. It was about
reading 100 books and watching 100 movies in one's target language. Also, I've been
reading a lot lately about Japanese. I'm not learning it though, just reading about it.
Well, I do learn like 2 kanjis per day, but it's just becouse one day I want to start
learning Japanese, so I will have an easier start. Right now, I know around 350 kanjis,
so still long way to go. I've been curious about French and, of course, Latin. I just
love Latin. Well, I hope I didn't bore you to death by this self-introduction. See you
soon!

Welcome, Maki Maki.

You may already have come across these two language-learning sites during your time browsing through the
Htlal forums, but just in case you haven't...

Antimoon (by two Polish men who self-studied
English), and

AJATT: All Japanese All The Time.

Also (since you're starting Kanji) this video 100,000 Kanji is
awesome.

- Enjoy!
