DVDvideosoft has software that allows you to download videos and convert videos to MP3.
I've never tried very long files so I can't guarantee anything, but it's free and
reputable so you might to take a peek.

As far as I know, http://mp3fiber.com/ should still be able to handle this task. I've converted whole soundtracks into mp3 files in the past using the site. It doesn't allow you to upload a video to convert, just converts from sites like YouTube, Vimeo, etc. so it might or might not be for you depending on what you are looking to do.
