f you've studied German, I'm sure you're well aware about
Langsam gesprochene Nachrichten where Deutsche Welle deliver daily news as audio together with a
transcript so you can follow along while listening. It's a great learning tool for your
listening skills but after a while I found it too slow.
They offer the same broadcast in regular speed (6 vs 10 minutes) but it isn't included in
iTunes and there's no RSS feed for it. I asked them but they told me they are not
going to add it. So I spent some hours creating my own feed so I could subscribe to the
podcast in iTunes with regular speed. If anyone else is interested, here it is:

You can make the most of your time by adding the transcript into LWT to quickly translate
words while listening and save all new words for future texts.
