To install/run it you need to burn those files to a CD or convert it into an .iso file and mount it. It seems some of the files were named incorrectly so i've renamed them and converted the folder into an .iso. Just mount it or burn it to a CD.
I've only done a little bit but it seems like a fun program, there's a nice introduction on pronunciation, though the open/closed "O" is hard for me to distinguish/pronounce...
