Hi, I was wondering if you had room for one more on your team.
I've only been learning Mandarin since the end of June 2012, but I've really fallen in love with the language. :)
I was in 2 teams for 2012, but wasn't as active as I had hoped to be, also you seem to have a good sized group already, so I'll understand if you don't want me.
Either way I'll be watching this thread, and your logs with interest. :)

For the Team name, I do agree with Vermillon on that we should keep a Character. It's
easier to find the logs and it distinguishes us from the other groups. We could simply
call us the "Asian Team 鹤". This way, the lazy ones can simply call us the "Asian
team" and those that will do some research can call us "Team 鹤"
Anyway, for those of us studying Mandarin (and even the others actually), here is a
website from which you can downl**d dramas and a lot of movies from all around the
world. Most (if not all) are subtitled in Chinese. Furthermore the Japanese ones are
subtitled in Japanese as well (and I think it's the same of Korean). You however need a
certain program to get those. I could explain how to do it if needed or maybe someone
better than me in Mandarin could do that too ;) Anyway, here's the website :

Also, I'm looking forward to January so I can try to write my intro in 3parts, one in
Chinese, one in Korean and (certainly the one that'll have the least mistakes) one in
Japanese!

Hidden, considering the first post, it seems we are 14 (I don't know when was the last
time it was updated), so I'd welcome you with pleasure for our last spot in the team!
Then again, I'll let the team leader confirm if it is possible of course! :)

Hello Hidden! Like yuhakko said, you're very welcome to join our team. I don't think it matters whether you were active last year or not - as long as you're active this year ;)

Hi (again). I am the poster formerly known as Hidden. ;)
First off, I’d like to say thank you for accepting me on your team. :)
And second, an explanation for my new account; After making my last post in this thread I made the mistake of changing my email (as I rarely use the one that I signed up with anymore), and now I can’t post from my account, so I’ve had to make a new one. I hope that’s ok? :(

Hey I think i somehow linked my name on the signup page to my log but here it is anyway
http://how-to-learn-any-language.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?T ID=34565&PN=1
by the way I think we should keep the team name as it is too. It kind of distinguishes us
from the rest I think.
