Does anyone know where one can obtain a copy of Assimi's Using German .pdf or book? I would love to purchase a copy of the book, but it appears to be out of print, and so I am looking for other sources to obtain the book.

The English version does appear rather difficult to find. However, your profile says you speak French, so why not get Perfectionnement Allemand, which should have the same German content but with a French L1?

There's 2 different "perfectionnement allemand"
The last one, released in 2012, has 70 lessons
The first one, issued in 2003, has 56 lessons
I bought both of them on Amazon, one directly from Amazon, the other from a bookshop on Marketplace. I
don't think they have been released with English as L1.
The texts are different and I can't say if one is better than the other since I haven't begun to study them yet
(I'm still studying "l'Allemand" and "Le nouvel allemand sans peine", which I like both).

I have a Perfectionnement Allemand consisting of 56 lessons, 1991 edition.
As I know, all these editions are written by the same author and they have the same
text, except for 2012 edition, they say that it's a reconstruction of the method.

You're right Volte, and I have been toying with the idea of just purchasing the book in French, my L3. But I have been hesitant for that very fact as well, that French is my L3 and not my L1. In thinking this over however, this could prove to be a very good exercise, trying to use a language method in a language which is not my L1.

Unfortunately, there is no English version of any advanced Assimil German course. Someone on reddit claims to have already translated Perfectionnement Allemand (1st ed.) into English (without revision lessons):
