Mmm, I love looking at lists of languages. It's like shopping at the candy store!
1. Arabic (Modern Standard)
2. Chinese (Mandarin)
3. Russian
4. French
5. Dutch
6. Portugese
7. Latin
8. Greek
9. Finnish
10. Hungarian
I'll be lucky if I get past #2 in this lifetime. Pfft, I always have to choose hard ones.

I don't have a large number of target languages. So the more funny ones are included here:
1.German - see here [http://how-to-learn-any-language.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=4426&PN=1&TPN=6]
2.Japanese - that is largely due to my exposure to Japanese anime since childhood. But I can expect the grammar won't be very fun :P. Anyway, it's still a good choice because I really have a discount in learning.
3.French - like singing
4.Spanish - this is not a cool language, but a very hot one. Hispanian dance and songs should be very chic.
5.Italian - also sounds good. The orthography is also interesting with vowels usually at the end of a word.
The following are languages I've never listened to:
6.Polish
7.Hungarian
8.Czech
9.Russian
These four are my targets because of cultural factors. The first three have connections with my interest in history, German countries. Russian, too, have a huge wealth in Arts subjects. If I am to find materials, Russian is an easier choice because it's still popular in mainland China, though not as popular as French and Japanese, etc.
10. I would say, Mandarin. No p/t/k endings as in Cantonese, based on vernacular language, only 4 tones, lots of homophones, lots of slangs and idioms as interesting as those of Cantonese... a first rate fun language also for non-Asian language speakers.
