You need to get your browser to use 'UTF-8' encoding in the window where the
printable version is opened. How? Depends on your browser. Mine has an application
menu with 'View' in it, and a 'Character Encoding' option under that, where UTF-8
can be selected among a gazillion others. Of course YMMV.

I just edited the downloaded file to say it uses UTF-8 encoding. For my Japanese
that worked fine.
