Today, I went to a local book fair, and they sold quite a bit of language material there. This is what I came back
with:
Portuguese:
- Michel Thomas Speak Portuguese (Advanced)
- Deltas "Snel en vlot Portugees leren spreken en begrijpen" (a Dutch book to study Portuguese)
Greek:
- Michel Thomas Speak Greek (Beginners)
Spanish:
- Living Language Spanish beyond the basics
- Barron's Painless Spanish
- Teach Yourself "Get started in Spanish" (Beginner)
Italian:
- Easily Pronounced Language System: Say it right in Italian
- Intensivt sprogkursus på cd italiensk (Danish cd-based course)
French:
- Deltas "Snel en vlot Grammatica Frans" (a Dutch book about French grammar)
- Deltas "Oefen je Frans" (an exercise book with 85 exercises)
English:
- Deltas "Oefen je Engels" (an exercise book with 85 exercises)
German:
- Deltas "Snel en vlot Grammatica Duits" (a Dutch book about German grammar)
- Intensivt sprogkursus på cd tysk (Danish cd-based course)
Japanese:
- Michel Thomas Speak Japanese (Beginners)
- Teach Yourself "Japanese with confidence" (level 2)
Latin:
- Teach Yourself "Complete Latin"
Overall, not bad I think, and all of this for only a bit over 100 Euro. Naturally, I can't start all these languages at
the same time, so most of what I bought today will go on the shelf, but it's nice to have it and to know that it's
there for me whenever I need it.
