I will try to improve my french through self-study from various resources. I will post those later. My aim is to become fluent as much as possible.
Edit: I will be added to Nebun for russian, so my french will benefit as well.

I don't have a clear plan yet, other than to immerse myself to my books. I will probably start with exercise books, and work my way through vocabulary and grammar. I will also focus on Michel Thomas and Pimsleur, for that elusive speaking fluency. Keeping a diary in french is also an option.

Good luck with your French! As far as journaling goes, you could try writing daily entries on Lang-8. That way you could have your diary corrected by native speakers.

Thank you, you have been so helpful to me Cristin!
My last serious study of french was when I was 15 and got the CERTIFICAT DE LANGUE FRANCAISE. Today I believe it's a DELF 1ER DEGRĪ (I am not sure).
I have never stopped loving and using french since then, and I can understand very well. But I can't express myself. That's what I'll try to fix!
I saw the super challenge, but it's too super for me! Maybe a smaller version of it? It is what I need by the way, not to start all over again.
I'm off to check the super challenge again. Thanks!

I have neglected the challenge so far. Not only is German becoming my focus, but I am seriously thinking to start russian again (after many years), and learn turkish as well. Not to mention how I really really really like hebrew...
This forum is claiming all my time!
