Maybe I wasn't clear enough. When doing only a very small amount of L-R (less than two hours), too many breaks can be counter-productive. However, when doing long bouts of L-R, taking a 15 minute break each 45 minutes is very useful — myself, I get extremely sleepy if I just sit or lie there listening. Of course the most important thing to keep in mind is that it has to be pleasant enough to keep you going. L-R seems to be a lot about customization.

I think in the beginning I had to do less than this, and in small chunks (25-30 min). it's definitely better to do as much as you can [without frustration], though.

btw:

After I read your message I started digging about the method and I'm glad to hear that
I could start as beginner without suffering.I'm glad I don't have to repeat sentences
like ''CAn I sit here?'' instead I'll repeat Dostoyevski(considering Russian after
German).

Exactly, and you aren't forced to speak before you are comfortable listening to authentic texts.
That's what I love so much about it. ♥ and this feels like finding a soulmate hehe :) would love to hear more about your experience with LR!!!

You don't really need an audiobook in your native language! I've never used that.
also, try torrents for German audiobooks... that's how I got basically everything I have.
