The only accent which is remotely pleasent or sexy in Norwegian would be the French one.

I'd say any accent, when spoken by a pretty girl...

A Ukrainian accent can sometimes make Russian sound more pleasant. I really like the "шо" instead of
"што," though I'm not a fan of the fricative Г.

As a general rule I like any accent as long as I can understand the person speaking to me.

I have always wondered, why so many people think the French accent is sexy? I seem to be
part of a very small minority that thinks a French accent is as ok as others.
I usually find foreign accents in Spanish amusing, but I have never laughed at anybody.
There's something that makes me smile when hearing familiar words pronounced differently.

It's not very often that I hear accented Finnish in my daily life. The most pleasant ones I've come across are probably Japanese and Chinese, though my recollections of the latter are a bit shaky. They both have this soft quality to them and no "annoying" sounds that stick out. And a relatively flat intonation, which fits together nicely with Finnish.
Overall, I'd say there are only few "well defined" foreign accents that most Finns would recognize reliably. Russian and Estonian, for sure, and maybe American, but not many others.
