Maybe in Rio de Janeiro? But "tô" is much more common and general.

Yes. "shto" is in Rio de Janeiro.
i.e. Portas Abertas (open doors) = /pórrtash ábérrtash/
(ps. 'r' in the middle of word: the sound is throaty)
