C1 in 5 months! that's something of an achievement for an English speaker learning
French. I first thought this guy might be onto something, but after reading the actual method he used, nah, he's probably just some sort of genius. That is not to say that the method is bad, but I think you'd need full-time dedication during that time, and most people would just burn themselves out.
