I recently got the book Speak Like a Native by Michael Janich and one thing he
mentioned that got my attention was practicing numbers. He said he used to get drilled
on number recognition every day working up to about 50 numbers a days. At the time I
was wondering how I can could do that as I know I have problems recognizing numbers in
spoken German.
Well, I was searching for German resources in the Apple app store and came across this
app:
German Numbers!
It is perfect for what I want to do. The app can even do it the way recommended in the
Michael Janice book by starting with single digits and working your way up to larger
numbers, or it can do the number in random order in any range you specify.
He seems to have the equivalent for a bunch of other languages. He also has a free
version that only goes to 42 so you can see if you like it before buying.

PS: I have no connection to the author, app, or anything related to it. I'm just a satisfied customer.
