I just signed up for Portuguese after some hesitation. I'll be starting distance learning courses for both Portuguese and Russian in late August and since I already have some basic knowledge of Russian, I guess that a little head-start in Portuguese too can't hurt ;-)

I know the last time I participated in a 6WC, not all language codes were accepted. not
a problem, since I just used the multi code and just stuck to one language being logged. Have any more codes been added? I might like to participate with Ojibwe (still a two- letter code "oj", I think). R. == 1 person has voted this message useful | |

I signed up for Mandarin. The first two times I attempted the 6WC, I picked languages that I really didn't have the motivation to study, which is why I only lasted a week both times. This time should be better, since I actually have motivation to learn this language.
