It sounded like a Baden or Württemberg accent to me. Of course, Alemannic covers much of that part of southwest Germany, as well as Swiss German.

That's were I grew up and the narrator sounds foreign. Not Alsacian, not Swabian, not from between Karlsruhe and Freiburg, not from the Kaiserstuhl region, not from Villingen-Schwenningen or the Black Forest north of it. The interviewees all are from the area around Freiburg. Oh, I didn't listen to the end, the narrator refers to himself as a Swiss person and there's an interview with somebody from Basel. I still can't place the narrator, though.
