Looks like you have implemented a SRS system
in Excel. There are lots of software out the which does there same...
One of the more popular ones is Anki

Hi, thanks for sharing.
You don't need to double-click before entering data into an empty Excel cell, a single-click suffices.
And you can enter dates by typing "25/12" then you won't have to type the year.
And it might be faster to just overwrite an old date with a new one (single-click and typing 2/2) instead of correcting individual letters of the old date (double-click and arrow and backspace and delete, etc).
And to enter one same data into 10 cells, you can simply highlight all the cells first, type the data, then Shift-Enter.
I use Excel instead of Anki, too, because it can be much faster if you know the commands.
