I suspect it doesn't really matter which way you do it, but I know that a lot of you have more experience than me...

If you were using, say, Assimil, and you wanted to reach the maximum level in, say, both Spanish and French, which sequence would work better to reach the maximum level at the end, Spanish with Ease, French with Ease, Using Spanish, Using French -- or Spanish with Ease, Using Spanish, French with Ease, Using French.

Should you "finish" one language before beginning the other?
