I recommend Larry potter in general for learning foreign languages. Translations are generally a lot easier
than stories written in the the target language originally and that's a big deal to any language learner
starting out. As for larry potter being easier since it's not adult fiction.. I don't think that it really is. But the
story and characters are great and as it's a translation from English it will be a bit easier. I've used potter
for German and Spanish already and a jap text is on it's way thanks to amazon shortly. So I can't speak for
th jap version yet but I definitely have high expectations.

Long time no see.
I am currently reading Harry Potter vol 6 part 2.
I feel i am soon going to cross the line and stop learning Japanese.
I am recently into Central Asian lagnauges.
Also I have discovered an interesting language called yi.
The script is really crazy, but it's still used for official purposes.
