Hello everyone!
I'm looking for a Hebrew dictionary which is online and contains the various word forms. So far, I've found absolutely nothing which satisfies my requirements. I'm a beginner and don't have a strong enough grasp of the morphological system to be able to use those by converting words to their base forms. Wiktionary is great for many languages in this regard but nobody has done that work for Hebrew. Any ideas? 1 person has voted this message useful | |

I don't think you will find a better dictionary than morfix. I've just checked it and it recognized all forms of the verb in all of the tenses and also the plural forms.
Moreover, in printed dictionaries you can only search for the base form of the verb, as there are many possible inflections for each verb, so this online dictionary is a much better option for you. I found this site which shows the conjugation of a handful of verbs. Hope this helps. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

I know all of those resources but none of them quite provide what I need.
True, there's no better dictionary than Morphix. Still, having said that, it unfortunately doesn't meet my needs. I've made the decision to stop Hebrew for a while (a year, perhaps) and focus on my other languages. Thanks for the help everyone. 1 person has voted this message useful | |

There is only one great Hebrew online dictionary, as far as I can tell. It destroys Morfix.
It's called Rav Milim. It requires a yearly subscription of something like $80. You can put in any word, even conjugated verbs containing prefixes, and it will give you the pronunciation. You can get the plural of every noun. For adjectives, you can get the m.s., f.s., m.p., f.p. Give it a whirl. 1 person has voted this message useful |
