If you can't get a date in your native language than good luck stumbling twice as awkward as regular through your L2.
The language that I recommend is that of 'confidence'. As a non IE language you may run into some trouble but it is well worth the time invested, you can practice it with over 7 billion people so there is no excuse ;) Although a good language to learn after confidence is Tagalog. I've met more Tagalog speakers in my area then that of any other language and most Filipinas are pretty easy on the eyes. 1) Find the right woman.

I'm a happily married family guy so I don't view languages as a tool for picking up women, but there are
definitely females out there who love to hear a foreign man speak their language. With some of the less- commonly studied languages, even a basic knowlege can create a good impression. I'm working at A1 level in Hungarian and Serbian and I've had attention from women on the strength of that. Last year I was in a bar when I overheard a group of girls speaking German. I walked straight over, introduced myself and got along fabulously with them, despite me being double the age of some of them. If I'd been looking to get laid that night, I may well have succeeded. But if I had approached them in English, my chances would have been around zero. Just another bloke nearing middle age, out on the pull. Of course, many women won't care much either way, but with those who do, knowledge of their language gives you an entry point.
