I scored 70. Woot...
Number 7 doesn't show up for people like me whose computers don't support the Burmese scipt. Fortunately for me, I've seen those big empty squares enough on the Burmese Wikipedia to literally associate "big empty squares" with the Burmese language. lol...

None of the questions displayed properly for me. And question 7 was too long the Continue button wouldn't show for me to click on. But I got 30% nonetheless :D |

You need to make the font smaller, then it will show up.
I though that most people would see the fonts. I did not use any obscure scripts like lepcha or Egyptian.
Maybe Yi is a little obscure.

Perhaps somebody knows better resources, but I just found two articles on language identification and aural language identification (in recently declassified issues of a NSA publication).
There is also a language recognition chart on Wikipedia.

that's creepy! i spent a lot of time today googling something like that. unfortunately sometimes i still can't come up with the right search term in English - namely, i was using variations of *guessing* the language instead of *recognizing* it.

70% with some cheating - after I had read the thread, Yi and Burmese were obvious answers ;). Three script weren't displayed properly (including Yi and Burmese). Proud of identifying a couple of languages :)

I received a 70. Not bad. I never even knew about Yi until this, after looking it up on wikipedia I was impressed by the writing system.

I got 80%, yeah! Some lucky guesses though.
I particularly appreciated question 8 ;-)

Even though some answers were little more than dumb luck, I managed a 70 :P
