My English level is between A2-B1, so i decided to buy Assimil with ease.
I'm at 18th lesson and they are very easy for me.
Can you suggest me a method to study?

I have no personal experience studying English with Assimil, but from what I've learnt working through other Assimil courses, they tend to get tougher quite quickly (there are usually a couple of places in the course where the workload for each lesson gets suddenly bigger).

If you are between A2-B1 I'm sure the first lessons seems too easy for you, but I suggest you stick to the method and I'm quite confident that you'll soon find more challenging material.

In the meanwhile, if you find the early lessons too boring because you can whiz through them with no trouble, why don't you take this opportunity to focus on perfecting your pronunciation (which is something we Italians often neglect) by listening and repeating the dialogues with special care to proper articulation and intonation?

Good luck with your English!

I agree with Emme. If it is too easy, however, you could try the advanced Assimil course.

It doesn't make much of a difference. The largest gap is between level C2 and real proficiency. Until then
(and even then) a second language learner is well advised to regularly repeat anything from levels A1-C2.

The Assimil With Ease course is a good source of learning even when you know the meaning of any single
word in it, as it enhances your fluency and overall feeling of the language.

If you really feel unchallenged, you can always supplement your learning with additional material. The
English in Use series (published by Cambridge University Press) comes to mind, as well as the Oxford Word
Skills series and the excellent Oxford English Grammar Course (both published, yes, by Oxford University
Press). All of them are graded so you can choose them according to your needs.

The advanced Assimil course is undoubtedly brilliant. Keep in mind, though, that it concentrates mainly on
written English.
