Hey guys I just thought I'd share this great pop-up dictionary from Naver/Daum (large
Korean companies)that can be easily installed for free on Google Chrome. I use it a lot for reading Korean news articles.It is great because first of all it's free, secondly it pops up on your page without being redirected, and it gives a lot of sample sentences. After you install it, it should show in the top right hand corner as a small red book. **If you can already read Korean then you can just skip to the link at the bottom** Upon installation it will show in the top right of your browser as a small red book. Initially you just have to double click a Korean word and it will show it in English, but I found this to be annoying, as it would pop up when I didn't want it. So, you can right click on the red book icon and go to options. Under "레이어팝업" in bold, and then under "표시 방법" you can choose which style you want. You can see some English, such as Ctrl+더블클릭, which means that if you select this then when you want to check a Korean word you must hold control and also double click the word. Further down you will see that you can choose between Naver and Daum. Personally, I go with NAVER, as I find their services better overall. If you want to use English, then make sure to select 영어사전 (English Dictionary).
