Does anyone know where the video course can be obtained for Russian Language and People, and BBC course from 1980's?

I remember seeing part of the videos on Youtube. One of the people putting it on youtube has the full set. I am not sure that person put them all on Youtube, but if you check the comments on youtube you can find that person. I do not remember the name. I only remember the comment. (Sorry, I do not remember who it was.)
