One good example of Swedish plural verb forms still in use is Frans G. Bengtsson's hilarious Viking adventure novel "Röde Orm" (Red Snake). F.G.B. wrote the novel as late as in the 1940s. According to Wikipedia plural forms had fully disappeared by 1970.
If you are a serious learner of Swedish or just want to read something very entertaining in Swedish, I warmly recommend you to read Röde Orm.

Imperfect subjunctive is still in the French conjugation tables, but is completely deprecated. It is generally used in the context of a joke.
Elle souhaita qu'il mourût. <-- This form can still be used in novels
