It depends. The blog post says that Ziad was tired and under a jet-lag and unprepared. In my opinion, having said that you speak n languages, the reservation that you wouldn't necessarily speak all of the n languages whenever asked and under any emotional condition all of the time would in some cases be reasonable. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

I can't agree with that.

When sufficiently tired, I can misunderstand English more often than when wide awake, though I still usually get it right. For other languages, depending on how well I know them and how much I've dealt with them when tired, the situation is a big uglier. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

What's the time-zone difference between Rio de Janeiro and Santiago?
