This site http://www.audiria.com/   is very very good for listening comprehension, and
with the text as well it´s great.!!

If you know quite a bit of Spanish already then this is the audio you need to be
listening too, because over here in Spain they talk at a crazy Speed, you need to get
your ears tuned in to this Fast Spanish..!

Happy Listening.

Someone recommended this to me:
Rosetta Stone's R-World
http://rworld.com/

You play games while practicing the language. It looks promising--I'd like to get some opinions from users before adding it to my list.

I tried signing up, but the SMS never arrives. It's kind of silly that they tie the registration confirmation to something as unreliable as receiving an SMS.

Okay, as a follow up I filed a support ticket with rworld last night, and they left a kind voice message with my activation code this morning. I just logged on and looked around. The place is a ghost town with maybe 10 people max. I remember seeing mentioned in several of the reviews of Rosetta Stone's online services that there was scant participation in the on-line communities. I guess that Rosetta Stone has opened this up as free in hope of achieving some critical mass.
