I don't know how to translate "б" - it just reduces the strength of the imperative of "свези" = "carry", in some cases it adds a shade of reproach, if it makes sense...

Спасибо. Я тоже сразу о "would you.." в данном случае подумал. Потому что если "б" убрать
совсем, то получится, что у Яшки (или у кого там) выбора нет, а с "б" это скорее
предложение, намек, т.е. суть тут в вопросе к "этому мужчине" не хотел бы тот сгонять по
такому-то адресу :)
