I'm not ready for it, but I want to know where I could be able to take the tests for
Russian when I am ready for it. I've googled, but really found nothing on it. D:

What sort of tests are you talking about? CEFR scale?

Have you googled "russian" plus "cefr" plus "[the name of your city or a nearby city]"? When I search for "russian cefr test" I get several localised results, and for other languages I usually haven't had too much trouble finding the local institute, e.g. Goethe-Institut for German, Cervantes for Spanish, Confucius for Chinese... these places usually administer the tests, but it all depends on where you're located.
