Can anyone recommend any good Spanish podcasts available for free download please?
I have been using www.notesinspanish.com, so anything with a similar difficulty level to
that would be good.
Thanks

I use and really like the podcasts on Spanishpodcast.org. They're done by a woman in Barcelona and all include free
transcripts. There are almost 200 or so episodes, all of which are in 100 percent Spanish except for a usually really
brief intro portion by the host, Mercedes, in English. I don't think the level is too advanced, but even when more
complex grammar or advanced vocabulary is used, she speaks slowly, clearly, and gives explanations in Spanish.

I've enjoyed using these; all of them have free transcripts and audio to download:
VeinteMundos Lots of great episodes having to do with facets of Latin American and Spanish culture. They are divided between intermediate and advanced.
A mi aire A woman from Spain now living in Switzerland; talks about her life and all sorts of things. Aimed at A2/B1 proficiency level.
Spanish LingQ podcast The quality of these is a little more spotty than the first two, but it does feature some good natural conversation from various native speakers.
