I am developing a new website where Spanish & English language learners can help each other by sending me their mp3s so I can add them to the side by side texts on the web pages both in English &
Spanish. The website is free, and relies on volunteers. I have already received a lot of offers of help from Spanish readers, who seem to love my idea - but am lacking English speaker´s audio readings - especially Americans. I would like to offer a variety of accents so that language learners can listen to them whilst reading the texts for their chosen language on the page (or print them out) If anyone here can help me, see my new website where I have put a tutorial on how to record your readings using the free audacity program. http://storyflip.com This site is in its infancy, and I am trying to do everything on my own - which as you can imagine is a huge and time consuming task, so if you can help my Spanish visitors, I´m sure it will be appreciated. I know that some of the text translations in Spanish need improving - I am gradually getting that help from Spanish volunteers. Hope you like my project.
