Does anyone know where I can find Dutch books? Children's books or english/dutch side-by-side translations in particular? I live in Canada (1 hour from Toronto), but any on-line resource would be helpful (although some more expensive than others perhaps). Wikipedia has many articles in Dutch (and free). Can anyone recommend other Dutch websites that will provide interesting reading material (I know there is lots of news stuff available, but I don't find this personally interesting). I am a mother of 5... my two littlest boys (16mo and 3.5yrs) are the most open when I share some Dutch children's books with them and we enjoy it.... the older children are understandably resistent. From the library I found "Dribbels voorleesboek", which Aaron (3.5yrs) loves, but his real passion is "Bob de Bouwer", and anything about "vrachtauto's"

Grant & Cutler of London have a great selection of Dutch children's books,
here is their dutch chuldren's books page:
http://www.grantandcutler.com/books/section/DABD

In particular, I would recommend "de beste sprookjes van Grimm"

Hope this helps!

There are lots of such things on line, in both Dutch and English (audio too I think). Start with http://www.grimmstories.com/nl/grimm_sprookjes/index

Also: http://www.andersenstories.com/en/andersen_fairy-tales/two_b rothers

And: http://www.beleven.org/verhalen/grimm/sprookjes_van_grimm.ph p
