Today I stumbled across IPA Help. It's a freeware program from SIL. Not only does it contain their IPA charts and recordings (click the symbol to hear the sound), but it has a 'test' mode, where you can test yourself on the consonants, the vowels, or specific ranges of consonants/vowels.
I'm finding it extremely useful.
It's a Windows program, but I installed Wine under Linux to run it, and it seems to work perfectly.
