I want to buy a French language coursebook. There are loads out there and I don't know
which books are the best. I know a website where to buy coursebooks from, the site is
amazon. I bought myself a beginners book to get me started but now I need something more
advanced. What would you recommend?

There are loads out there, so it depends on what are you looking for. At what level are
you now? Do you want a classical textbook or rather divided grammar book and vocabulary
book to supplement your other sources? Or something like Assimil with high focus on
listening comprehension? Do you prefer books with slower and more gradual approach or do
you like to get larger chunks of content at once? Where should the textbook lead you? To
a higher level by cefr, a particular exam, to the tourist language, to early reading of
books, ..?
