I'm learning Spanish and I was wondering what are the all-time most useful sites on the web for learning Spanish? Especially forums (to practice) as opposed to static content. This is of course in addition to these forums here.

More than likely you already know about these two forums. They are both well known.
About Spanish Forum Laura K. Lawless Spanish Forum Editorial Comment: I haven't really visited the above forums in a long time but if memory serves I think the first one is more active than the second one. The second link may or may not go directly to the page. It is a Delphi forum so some kind of advertisement page may come up first. If the advertisement page does come up click "skip advertisement" to go to the fourm. The Notes from Spain site has a set of forums here. One of the sub-forums is entitled En Español ¿Hablamos? where you can practice writing in Spanish.
